CoopeTarrazú is one of the most respected coffee cooperatives in Costa Rica—founded in 1960, today it has over 2,500 members in the Tarrazú canton. The La Pastora plot is located at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,800 meters, surrounded by volcanic soils and cool mountain winds. The cherries are carefully hand-picked and processed using the washed method—for maximum cleanliness and clarity in the cup.

Röstphilosophie
Why I roast like this.
A coffee that simply puts you in a good mood. Tangerine, a hint of brown sugar, a lively citrus freshness – bright and clear like a morning in the Costa Rican mountains. For those who like their filter coffee without compromise.
