Since the beginning of 2026, Nine Fine has been roasting in its own roastery in Wörthsee. Before that: years of roasting at Coffee Consulate in Mannheim — where Jovana learned the craft from the ground up. The difference today: no external schedule, no compromises. Her own machine, her own rhythm, every batch approved by Jovana.

Since the beginning of 2026, Nine Fine has had its own roastery in Wörthsee—quietly situated, away from the hustle and bustle of Munich. This is where the Probat machine is located and where all our varieties are created. Jovana develops every roast profile herself, personally oversees every batch, and does not release any coffee without a final tasting.
